Panino Giusto, an iconic restaurant chain specialised in gourmet sandwiches, is now in Portanuova. Its history began on 8 February 1979, amidst the buildings of old Milan in Corso Garibaldi, where Panino Giusto was born, a new way of thinking about the sandwich.

At the basis of its preparations is the accurate search for raw materials linked to the Italian territory, respect for the seasonality of the products and the craftsmanship of those who possess the ability to best combine the ingredients to create a unique dish.
