Personal Training

Every day from Monday to Saturday, from 7 AM to 8 PM
A targeted workout for weight loss, toning, posture improvement, and muscle pain relief. Highly recommended for improving endurance and burning fat quickly.

Functional Training

Tuesday at 7 PM; Wednesday at 7:15 AM; Thursday at 7 PM; Friday at 1:15 PM; Saturday at 11 AM

Using equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, or simply body weight, this workout is designed to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination.

Tone Zone Training

The Tone Zone workout is designed to improve muscle definition and endurance using light weights, resistance bands, or body weight to work on specific muscle groups.

Postural Training

Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday at 9 AM

From stretching to yoga and pilates, the Postural Training course is aimed at improving posture and body alignment. With a series of exercises designed to strengthen the core, back and shoulder muscles, you can improve body balance and stability, correct postural misalignments, prevent pain and muscle tension.
